  • @bien4u
I love how they tackled about "just pray to God". Most people don't understand that people who have depression needs someone they can talk to...
  • I hope they can also talk about PARENTS WHO TREATS THEIR CHILD AS RETIREMENT INVESTMENT
  • Thank you so much recreate for the feature! I'm really glad to be part of this episode. I hope that we were able to inspire a lot of people, especially during this very difficult time.
  • ANOTHER TOPIC: SOCIAL ANXIETY DISORDER PLS!!!! like this comment para makita nila huhu :<
  • Depression isn't just because of past trauma or sad/bad experiences. It can also be because of differences in certain chemicals in the brain. Kaya it is really rude when people say "bakit ka depressed eh ang swerte mo nga sa buhay nasayo na lahat" because sometimes, people can be depressed without any traumatic reasons/experiences.
  • Kung feeling mo walang nakakaintindi sayo sa circle of influence mo. It helps kahit makinig ka lang sa mga tao na pinag-uusapan tong topic na to. You don't have to know them personally. Tulad nalang ng vid na to. Laking tulong nito. :)
  • Gusto ko lang ishare na I'm proud of my mom kasi she is willing to become aware of this topic.
  • It's the first time I've ever heard about a motivational speaker who has depression; what more can confirm and reinforce the sincerity of her message every time she speaks to an audience.
  • Sana po ma-tackle niyo din po yung social anxiety disorder. Serious problem din po siya na unfortunately, maraming mga pilipino ang hindi aware. Thank you po :)
  • depression is not an emotion. wow, may bago akong natutunan. thank you for this🥺😊
  • the “comments” triggers me in so many levels but it made me so happy that people are starting talking about this kind of topics. 🥺✨
  • I hope they also find professionals pertaining to the said topic for them to have a more in-depth and logistic discussions.
  • As as Psychoology graduate myself, I deeply appreciate that Mental Health in general is gradually being put into mainstream media. I hope that we could all learn from this type of content. And kudos to Rec.Create for never disappointing to tackle such socially relevant issues. MORE MENTAL HEALTH AWARENESS CONTENT PLEASE! :">
  • Most of the depressed people are a victim of bad parenting cuz everything starts at home.
  • I appreciate this conversation a lot but I wish they talked about more issues specifically relating to Filipino culture and relationships. Many of the stereotypes mentioned here are generalized and I think it would be more impactful to Filipinos if the convo was focused more on Filipino norms and such. Sana rin you included people with mental illness in different ages or diagnosis. Please continue to open this convo to more people. Mental Health and Illness is so taboo in the Philippines, specifically. The more we talk about it and help others understand, the more people can get the help and support they need. 💛
