Unless you live 30 miles from a town, I have to think if you just took that furniture home and listed it for free for FB marketplace that it would be gone within a couple days. I will never understand throwing it out, especially paying to throw it out.

All of my furniture comes from auctions, thrift stores, or free from the curb. I watch for listings daily and I know I'm not alone. I would have loved that chiffarobe if I saw that in my area I would run to get it. I've even driven to a auctioned off storage unit to pick up furniture that was listed for free as a unit was being cleaned out. Win win for both the person who purchased the unit and me who got a new dresser, desk, and dining table for $40 to refinish and sell myself. There are many of us who refinish and repurpose furniture and sell it and it keep more stuff out of the landfills. Great unit and video. I do love watching the two of you work together.

Just put the furniture out while your cleaning it out, and have free signs ready to go. I got rid of a few items myself before.

You two are such hard workers! My women’s club had a garage sale today. I was melted and sore after two and a half hours. We did make a pretty penny, but I could not work the whole sale. We need younger stronger members.

I love seeing you and Renee doing units together! The different perspectives on the same unit has really been interesting. A lot of times when we find furniture in a unit, we list it for free on Marketplace and the free neighborhood FB pages, and they usually get taken pretty quickly - even if drawers are missing, there are a lot of people who will turn a dresser with missing drawers into a shelf, etc.. Not sure if that's a option for either of you but it beats having to pay for a dump run!
