I think I have found a way to make some HO scale fence, here in this Video you will see that I have found some copper mesh pretty close to the HO scale, this will depend on how much you stretch out the mesh. Now you can get the mesh in a smaller scale for N scale. I was able to find this copper mesh on eBay for the cost not much more then the wedding veil tulle, & the copper wire I use is the same wire I use for my feeders for my track on the layout which is 22 gauge wire.
Now using all copper to make the fence it makes it a lot E-Zer to solder the posts & rails together & then solder the mesh in place NO GLUE needed & NO DRY TIME !!!! ONLY DRY TIME is for the PAINT !!!!! then all you need to do is spray it to the color you desire with a spray can/ rattle can...
I also made a jig out of a 2 x 4 so the process can be repeated easily. 1 pass with a saw on the 2 x 4 will give you a groove deep enough for the copper wire to rest in for keeping it spaced apart while you work. yes it's that E-Z....
The Fence I have made for this video is 10 feet by 10 feet, that means it is 10 feet from post to post & 10 feet from ground rail to 10 feet to top rail, made it a little better for videoing you can make it as long & as high as you need,,, LoL

Sweet idea how high would you say that is 10' fiq the ho. Guy is 5' that makes the fence about 8 or 10 foot high , if that the case it would make a gewd prison fence XD Thanks for the idea, nicely done :)
