  • "how about four times but the third time doesn't count" The most Phil Laak thing ever said.
  • Laak is one of the greatest examples of a tight, solid player who knows how to use his personality to make people think he plays crazy.
  • @garygwinn4256
Laak is actually a very conservative and tight player. His personality is all show. He plays a solid fundamental game, and rarely gets out of line
  • Laak is my favorite player. Dude is hilarious and really good at using his goofy persona to manipulate opponents.
  • @patwatkins2952
Laak wants you to think he's clueless but he's a GREAT poker player!!!
  • @lovetownsend
Phil is this weird blend of professional play and playing based on however crazy he's feeling that day lol LOVE IT
  • @goodstuff309
Love that observation: “An easy call to make for a bad player, a tougher call for a good one” @ 12:07
  • @4thandinches
LOL at Laak when he keeps saying that his opponent has the Ace of Spades, when he actually has it.
  • @keenfrizzle
Laak's table talk at 16:52 is so interesting - either he had a read that Salomon was steaming or he was trying to scare Salomon away from a strong draw - either way, it worked out, and his confident attitude was clearly a facade by the time he gets to the turn
  • @nabazaheer
“How about we run it 4 times but the 3rd one doesn’t count?”- Greatest line in poker 🤣
  • @-0rbital-
I love Laak. He makes any game twice as fun.
  • @lastbluff9531
So its a Phil question here guys. Is Phil brilliantly dancing on the edge of disaster or is he playing disasterly dancing on the edge of brilliance? One thing is for sure... Phil is PHILING it!
  • @TheGreekSneak
Wish I knew about this guy sooner. He's awesome and likes to have fun but deep down you know he's good at what he does.
  • @pokerbruh
Many levels to this one. Keeps people entertained and off guard. Always a good time. Good Luck!
  • @lwdzns4221
He's so damn entertaining...and good! I've learned a lot about how to read and how to bluff by watching him. It's refreshing to see him and Negreanu. They always seem to have actual fun with the game
