Steak and eggs is the bulk of my diet. I probably eat steak and eggs for over 60% of my calorie intake.

Steak and eggs has helped me completely transform my life. My body changed big time once I started eating steak and eggs. Most foods today are loaded with chemical additives, preservatives and artificial ingredients. Steak and eggs is 100% all natural REAL food that fills you up and makes you feel amazing.

My life was completely different before and after steak and eggs. The benefits were undeniable - I was leaner, stronger, felt better and looked better. My fat disappeared and the acne on my face cleared up completely.

Steak and eggs is a powerhouse meal that only takes a few minutes to make. Here's how you do it:

Steak and Eggs Recipe
- 1 large steak. Ribeye, New York Strip, and Porterhouse are my favorites.
- Sea Salt or Himalayan pink salt.
- Fresh ground pepper
- 3 Tbsp grass-fed butter
- 3 or more large eggs from free-range chickens

Step #0) Set out your steak on the kitchen counter for a while so it reaches room temperature. This ensures even cooking.

Step #1) Season your steak with salt and pepper. make sure you get both sides.

Step #2) Heat you skillet on the stove. Add butter once skillet is warm. The butter should start melting immediately but not burn.

Step #3) Place steak in pan and cover with lid for 2-3 minutes.

Step #4) Flip steak with tongs and cover with lid. Let cook for another 2 minutes.

Step #5) Once your steak has a nice sear, put in on a plate.

Step #6) Place a small knob of butter into the pan. Then crack your eggs into it and cover with lid. let cook for about 3 minutes.

Step #7) Plate your eggs with your steak, pour the buttery steak-juice on your steak and eggs, add some salt and pepper to taste then DIG IN!

Tried it tonight. Worked out great! Your video was about 20 deep into a "steak and eggs" search. And ironically, it was the first one to be more "how to" than "why do".

  • I was thinking "this idiot is gonna boil that steak" but when you flipped it I was amazed. Great work - perfect is valid terminology for that sear.

Hey brother I have a quick question , I got caught up a while back and was supposed to start this way of eating , just a quick question. Can. I put chimmi sauce on the steak as a dressing which is cilantro, lemon, parsley , oregano, garlic , and sea salt and black pepper. Or will that mess up the ketosis state of this or like not be fit for this lifestyle ? I really wanna follow this right. I saw your blog and it helped me out a lot. I just want to make sure

The video made me hungry! My only humble suggestion would be to start with a tablespoon or two of olive oil (also, a sprig of rosemary and thyme) and then, at the end, add the butter and baste. That way you can get all of the buttery goodness without any burned-butter flavor. But in the end, if you're eating a nice rib-eye like that, you can't go too wrong!

Great video! Quick question, where could I find ribeye steak?

Back in the day when I worked at a gym and discovered Vince Gironda I got into eating raw, straight from the packet, un-heated steak. Later I kept reading how the body digests/ gets more protein out of cooked meat so I changed back. Although, from time to time when I see a good piece of ribeye I get an urge to eat it as it is. Anyway, on the gym desk at work I'd have a little bag of diced steak I'd chew through and the reactions I got were great. I'd sit there studying Japanese language flash cards chewing raw steak and meet all kinds of people. I miss those days.
