Thanks for this, that looked delicious! I couldn't go all in like you did here, but I rocked with the principles (and love that chopstick thing, works great!). Sitting in front of two lil ribeyes w/salt & pep, eggs, some basil, minced onions, toasted sourdough, and a fresh pot of coffee. Thank you for sharing! 🙏

Looks awesome, but I would have called that steak overdone but I bet it was good. Just for fun just got my first blackstone it's a 22in will be great to travel with
