  • The thing about citations is bang on. Sometimes Chat GPT has given me non-existent references (I cannot find them on any platform or library) and sometimes the quotations are from the wrong text. This kind of AI is a tool to give you leads, but don't think you'll end up with a good document if you rely on it to do the work for you.
  • It's astonishing how these tools can generate good responses when the prompt is more accurate.
  • @Katadori09
I really appreciate your coverage of AI tools, Andy. Very useful and timely. Thank you.
  • @dia2seck
Am writing my undergraduate thesis about the feasibility of organic solar cells and your Chanel has been a great help. I was a little overwhelmed but am getting there. Thanks Andy
  • @akscience9690
Your channel is really valuable Andy. God bless you.

That is true. I have been using some of the AI tools that you recommended. The more detailed and specific prompts you write, the more satisfying results you get. Overall, I don't think AI is going to take over human roles or jobs, the thing is, you have to know how to utilise this tool and understand its limitations. It's not the AI that you should be worried about, it's people who know how to use it :D
  • I love your channel and I share your link in all my study groups. Chat GPT was useful for me in the sense that it can identify specific case studies needed for my assignments. I also use the prompt "include, in-text referencing" so that I can later look up the sources and elaborate. Love your work!!!

Thanks for introducing me to HeyGPT in your previous video. I bought a license key after playing with the pdf features and it's fantastic! I had to lock down that great price! I feed it my curriculum and assessments in pdf format and have it generate study materials and lesson plans based on it. I can't wait for the chat to docs feature that's coming!

Ive been using chat gpt to create datasets to test my methods of analysis. Its really good at making json files which can then be analyised in R for instance. Making questionnaires has been another really useful aspect of chat gpt as well as suggesting data collection methods and analysis methods.

Greetings Andy! I think you didn't mention a very important flaw of ChatGPT. That is when it gives you any scientific literature/reference for something it said, always check if it exists and if it's valid, it will happily give you fake studies as reference that nonetheless look real most times. Thanks for everything.
  • Hello Dr. Stapleton, thanks again for your video. You give an useful hint: use different tools for different goals. I was thinking that we can summarise it in: - Literature Research: Scite (anything else?) - Document creation: HeyGPT (anything else?) - Formatting: Jenni AI Do you think this may be a good start for research? Any other option? Thank you very much for your time
  • High Andy, allways appreciating your channel, congratulations. Not directly related to AI, but interesting nonetheless, I think your analytical experise could be of great use if you consider making a review of several online teaching sites, like Nebula, Curiosity Stream, Brilliant, Wondria, Khan Academy, etc. We are oftem dounbfoulded with the number of options, and an expert opinion on those services would be invaluable.
  • Hey Andy your are providing really great stuff, please do a video about combining research AIs together to get the final results.
  • Hey Andy, such a tremendous benefit from following your channel. God bless. Could you do a video or series on using AI tools for Systematic Reviews/Meta-analyses? Thanks.

4:42 I made a whole infographic with many of the resources I have been introduced to and the ones you brought to my attention and what they help with. I decided to print it out and hang it in my GA office lol.
