By the way, it's greatful to see how English actually works in live speech. By the English grammar rules, the word sugar is uncountable, so we shouldn't add the letter 's' to make a plural form. But when Neil uses the word 'sugars' in the context, he probably means 'three spoons of sugar'. It shows us how flexible English might be. Yeap-yeap, I know it's an apparent thing.
