Here's a tip that I got from my sister. She bought a hand-held electric frother wand to mix all the ingredient together and I use it everytime I make my hot cocoa. I also add about a tablespoon of heavy cream to the mix to make it creamy. Also, a teaspoon of instant coffee to bring out the chocolatey taste. That's my 2 cents worth.

"Whiskify"...I LOVE THIS NEW TERM!!! Joe, I do something very similar. I use half coffee and half un sweetened vanilla almond milk, cocoa and erythritol and stevia half and half.

I got really excited and just made it. I frothed milk and added more sugar-free sugar to it as "whipped cream". It was so good I made my roommate try it (who recently bought a bunch of fancy hot chocolate mixes), and she loved it so much I made her one too :D THANK YOUUUUUUU!!!

LOVE that it's not heavy whip. And I love that your recipes are less calories. Make sense to go higher protein and less fat. I WILL be making this and then I MIGHT add 1 teaspoon of vanilla after all that cooking is done and the burner is off...

Thanks Joe this really saved my late night cravings. I made my hot cocoa using a combination of microwave and hand-held electric frother. I used erythritol as my sugar sub and since I didn't have vanilla almond milk, I added vanilla essence instead. Also for days that I need to warm my body up I add a bit of turmeric, black pepper, ginger powder, and a hint of chili powder. The salt is also a must as it gives more dimension.
