Some of those machines have a push button on the attachment to help hold it on the multi tool

HI Mick. I've often seen this happen. I bought myself a leaf blower and I had probably used it for an hour over 2 years. I had to replace the fuel pipes as they had disintegrated in that time. Ethanol fuel is a pain.
