Being a Highly Sensitive Person & Autistic

Published 2024-04-23
By sharing my experience, I hope to contribute in some way to the growing awareness of what it means to be autistic, highly sensitive & neurodiverse.

What is your experience? Share your thoughts in the comments - I would love to connect with more neurodiverse people!

My mission is to bring the therapeutic and personal growth benefits of Yoga & Yoga therapy to the neurodiverse community, so that we can 'level out the playing field' somewhat and live in a way that sees us thrive.

If you are keen for more resources on all things high sensitivity, neurodiversity, yoga & seasonal self-care, the check out my website www.nicholaday.co.uk

Thank you for sharing your honest experiences with us, totally agree, the idea of Autistics not empathising is ridiculous! More kind-hearted and compassionate souls than neurotypical by far ❤

Thanks!. I'm an HSP. I have ADHD and may be on the spectrum too. I think a lot of people who are HSPs are neurodiverse.
