I have found that I can’t seem to go to sleep without my Sleep Easy/Restful music at night. I have done a study on myself and one night, I tossed and turned all night long. The next night, I put on my Sleep Easy Rest music and I was sound asleep within five minutes! I was astonished at how much I rely on my rest/sleep music! My husband has come to love it as well. Everyone in the comments talking about how relaxing it is. While that may be true, for me it gets be super hyped up. A few years ago I played this while running while having gotten no sleep the night before and ran 10 miles while listening to this the whole time. A surreal experience for me.

This music took me to some other world where there is internal peace and believe me the internal peace is something greater than those materialistic happiness!!!

Please God gently heal, soothe, stimulate and detox my physical body, as well as my mind. I pray for fat loss, and for the elimination of all heavy metals, poisons, parasites, and all carcinogenic material. Please very gently increase blood flow in my body, by expanding the capillaries that carry my blood. And please increase oxygenation and regeneration of my blood, deeply detoxifying it, for the improved functioning of all of my cells and all of my organs.
