I don't tear up easily but seeing that young man jump into that water to aid his friend/co-worker shook me up. I got chills. There's something SPECIAL about UNITY and GENUINE concern for our fellow man. I hope this sends a strong message to others to BE BETTER AND LOVE ONE ANOTHER.

Finding out he is only 16 makes him even more of a hero. The fact that he jumped in that river (risking his life) to save another's life is sooooo amazing.

I like that he is staying so humble and his parents are not swimming in the swollen moment. Love that! ❤ Helping someone out in their time of need, is just another day in his daily life. Praise to his rising. 🙌

Kudos to this youngster. I agree, as a mom of a teenage son, no interviews. He didn't set out to be targeted, with his face plastered all over the news and social media. He just followed his heart and helped his fellow co-worker. Let him just be a kid. He'll be grown soon enough.
