If you're gonna fake your own death, then you need to lay down some strict rules before hand. One of those being NOT taking photos whilst you're on holiday lol
  • There was a point where you told your audience they can watch your videos to escape from their problems and for entertainment. I just wanna say that I do both, your channel is not only my favorite YouTube channel but it helps me when I need to take my mind off of life. So thank you for your content.
  • For the Alcatraz one, there were actually 4 people with the idea. But only one failed to escape and just sat in his cell when a guard came by.
  • Greed will get you every time. That first police officer guy could have easily made a few hundred thousand with the help of some friends and family, bought a rental property, and lived comfortably the rest of his life. Instead he decided to go full crime-ring and ruined his whole life.
  • The escape from alcatraz is the same way you escape pelican rock in poptropica which is a game I played all the time as a kid. So that's kinda cool how they reference a famous escape

My first gut instincts for Alcatraz was that they died at Sea, then I had another thought. I bet they knew they could not make a raft that would actually get them safely to shore so instead they did that to convince all of the guards that they were not on the grounds anymore and they probably Slipped Away disguised as prisoner Transporters when another shipment of prisoners was brought in.

I love these videos! I’ve learned so much about North Korea and Darwin awards that make me feel a little smarter than those examples. Haha

Man, the story of the heist is thrilling, these type of stories are what I like tbh
  • Hahaha, the Anom app that the security used for trapping bad guys is absolutely incredible! 🤣
  • Those prison escape are just crazy insane and how they did it! Don't think you be able to do that anymore in this day and age.
  • That McDonald's guy made out like a bandit. Basically 3 years in prison in exchange for 11.5 million dollars. He made 24, they only took half. I'd do 3 years in prison for 11 million lol
  • @ArrowMaster_
3:08 So he stole a price worth 24m$ and had to pay 12m$ and 3 years of prison. So after 3 years, he can just leave with 12m$??

I'm 99% certain that the Alcatraz escapees survived and lived in South America. Yeah, I admit, the thought of it having been successful is somewhat thrilling.

The US Marshals have reopened the case on the escapes from Alcatraz. There is very good evidence they made it to land alive, and lived the rest of their lives outside of jail. True story.

There was actually a really interesting "prison break/burglary " in Iceland once: two inmates escaped during the night, broke in to a jewelry store or a bank (I can't remember which) they stashed the loot and then broke back in to prison 😅 no one would have ever figured out who committed the burglary if not for their one accomplice (who's only job was to leave them a car close to the prison to use once they got out) hadn't blabbed 😂

If people remember, the Mythbusters proved that the raft made of raincoats works and can reach the shore. So I have always believed that the boys did escape the island and disappeared. They did not drown as some claim.

This makes me want to re-play all those years of McDonald’s monopoly
  • No matter how bad it is, sometimes you have to sit back and respect the cleverness of the plans
