The Bible memory app is literally what I do for children’s church on a white board. Say the verse, erase a word, say the verse and repeat until you’re literally pointing at every blank spot on the white board. It’s so helpful even to old ladies like me!
  • ❤You girls made me cry today!…I didn’t have a sister, I don’t have (never had) that person I could call while I was weeding my garden, even though we just talked at lunch time ! What a blessing you two have in each other. May you always, always love and appreciate one another. What a Gift! ❤

Diana & Dawn, I love seeing y'all together & having fun. All my sisters are 9 - 13 hrs away & only see them 2x's a yr. I miss them being closer.

our families kids are now 23 and above and they have a once a month (sometimes 2 x) cousin dinner or activity. It's wonderful to see the kids still take time for each other. Once a quarter we do a big group activity where it's us older siblings/spouses (my very dear in-laws - this is my husbands siblings ), and the kids and grandkids. As siblings we do a gathering at least once a month. When my dear dear mom in law was alive we met for dinner every Wednesday from the time the kids were little until she passed. What a legacy she gave us!

I am a happy introvert. My definition of torture is a phone call from a chatty friend. Donna

You are so lucky to have each other, and we are so lucky that you share everything with us.

Dawn! So proud of you for running the marathon! I’ve run 3 myself, at age 38, 40 and 42. ( I’m now 53). Thank you for supporting leukemia society- I was diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukemia last year and also had a bone marrow transplant. Recovering well. I love watching you and have learned so much from you- especially for decluttering when you are energy limited, which I am now during recovery. ❤❤❤
  • I live by myself and I will talk to complete strangers at stores.

It is a treat to focus on the two of you for a while. Thank you so much for the sunshine.🌞
  • Loved this! I need to talk too. My husband not so much but he listens! I am a teacher, so I need to talk. We are grandparents and attend church with both sons and their families. We are fortunate to host them every Sunday for lunch. I enjoyed this! Thank you!

I just love watching the two of you together. Diana, I love the messages you bring to us 😊
  • You two brought back memories of phone calls with one of my sisters, who passed away in 2020. We lived in different cities and usually called each other in the am. Turns out our younger sister called her on the drive home from work. I think of her everyday and talk about her a lot. We lost a brother in 2022, so the six of us who are left are taking more care to communicate with each other. We worked hard to overcome issues and appreciate each other.

I am part of an online Bible study and last year about this time we meet in person for an ice cream social at my house. It was so great.

LOL! “Missed the window”. I am right there with you. Something’s just seems hard now.

When the kids were little I would just answer that babies come out through the birth canal and then wait to see if there are any followup questions and most of the time there were none. All the best!
  • I personally don’t get how divisive people are about women as pastors. I personally don’t believe women should be pastors. I’m also in the SBC, which does not endorse women as pastors. I do agree with Diana that you can really make the argument for either one. If you do want a female pastor, there are other denominations that believe that and have them! Let the denominations practice how they want to, and go to the one that aligns the most with your faith. Because I am a women, I also really love Diana’s videos and I get good counsel from them. I think as long as you accept Jesus as your Lord and Savior and you pick up and follow Him, you’re good to go!

“Who is Carla?” 😂 I literally thought you had an assistant in the room named Carla. 😂
