Cotto is one of my favorite fighters. Humble, no trash talking. Just kicks ass. It's all in the ring.
  • @matthews8576
Mosley was a throwback. He always looked like a fighter from the 40's or 50's. Dragged Cotto into the deep water. Tough old warrior.
  • as my buddy once said, "if you're a fan of boxing, you're a fan of Miguel Cotto"
  • @angelgunzz
COTTO WAS RELENTLESS Both men left it all in the ring. Both are LEGENDS IN THE BOXING WORLD
  • What's funny is in his old age of 36 fighting a 27 yr Old man these announcers never say the fact that Cotto is hitting Mosley with right hands and not fazing Mosley at all. From the beginning of the fight they only talk about what Cotto is doing.obviously They were told to do this.the judges r corrupt as well as the announcers . greed for money has destroyed boxing
  • This was where cotto really began boxing more instead of search and destroy slugger and he out boxed Shane. Which was a bit of a surprise. His finest performance imo.

Those uppercuts that Shane was hitting Cotto with were great, but his defense was lack luster...that's been his issue. If he had good defense and not waiting...it could've been a different story. Cotto is a LEGEND

I thought Mosley, the crafty old master, just about did enough to win. Its quite telling that the pro Cotto crowd changed camp and started chanting Mosleys name!
  • The commentators never gave Mosely any credit from the start. So it's so obvious who there rooting for. So Mosley wasn't at his best but cotton wasn't either.
  • Cotto is 27 while Mosley is 36 years old here. Give Mosley some credit
  • People commenting how GOOD Cotto fought .. when in FACT .. it REALLY speaks VOLUMES on just how GREAT Shane WAS .. This obviously over the hill Fighter took this YOUNG GUNNER by almost 10 years into DEEP WATERS and had him TREADING WATER ( Cotto LOST Rds. 9 - 12 Folks ..Sorry NOT Sorry ) .. don't get this shit TWISTED .. Shane SHOULD'VE Won but Cotto was HOME on P.R. Parade Holiday so the judges and Annoucers ( BEGGING for us to BELIEVE Cotto Won SMH LOL ) decided to TAKE ONE from Shane .. DAMN SHAME .. GREAT Fight tho .. KUDOS to BOTH Warriors
  • i atually thought the announcers were biased. A lot of the punches they were raving about from cotto either missed or were grazing. I had the bout a draw because i had mosley winning rounds 2-5 and 9 and 10 for certain. He could have won the late rounds as well because Cotto was on his bicycle
  • @nyrubin
Shane just had a jaw like Canelo Alvarez
  • Pretty much dead even, which is really impressive considering Shane was proooobably juiced to the gills. Cotto had so much more snap in him in those days, and his punch resistance was actually really good, much better than at 140. Mosley was a big puncher at 147 but Cotto took everything pretty well.
  • With all the weirdness in boxing these days it’s good to go back and watch actual no bullshit fighters.
  • Two great Fighter's. I hope it's thoroughly appreciated that Shane was not just 8 years older, He was 36!!! And Cotto was on his prime.

Cotto one of the most under appreciated and underrated 140-147lber in boxing history.
