🍽️Recipe (ingredients) (Yield: 8-10 servings, for 7cm x 10cm small bag size container)

For Jelly

10g Jelly Powder
30g Sugar
1 teaspoon Cornstarch
350ml Water

Fruit (you can choose any fruit you like)
2 Mangoes
6 Lychees
1 Kiwi


📢 IMPORTANT NOTICE
1. Powders such as jelly powder and sugar powder must be mixed well before pouring into cold water to prevent clumping.
2. The jelly powder mixture must be boiled (above 80 degrees) and then left at room temperature (around 40 degrees) to solidify and forming.
3. After forming, put it in the refrigerator for about 2 hours to make the jelly cool and it will taste better!
4. Most of the Supermarkets sell jelly powder, and some even have jelly powder with additional taste and color. You can use it as you like.
