How to Make Tasty Zucchini Bread

Zucchini bread is a mouth-watering kind of bread that originated in America with its soft texture and sweet taste that everyone could not resist. Many people will eat this bread while drinking hot coffee, tea, or even hot chocolate. It is best served when it is fresh from the oven.

INGREDIENTS:
3 Cups all purpose flour
1 Tsp salt
1 Tsp baking soda
1 Tsp baking powder
1 Tsp cinnamon
3 eggs
1 Cup vegetable oil
2 Cup granulated sugar
3 Tsp vanilla extract
2 Cups grated zucchini
PROCEDURES:
Preheat the oven into 350°F.
Cut parchment paper into size fits the baking pan.
Spray some oil to keep the parchment paper inside the baking pan.
In a bowl, mix together flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon and sugar. Combine it well.
In another bowl mix egg, vegetable oil, vanilla extract. Mix it together.
Add the wet mixture into a dry mixture. Mix it all together.
Add the grated zucchini and keep mixing until all the ingredients are all combined thoroughly.
Put the batter into the baking pan.
Use the toothpick to check in the bread it done. If it doesn’t stick anymore then it baked.
Let it cool and slice the bread and ready to serve.
ENJOY !!!
