MEAL PLAN & PREP 5 AIR FRYER FREEZER MEALS IN JUST 30 MINUTES with me! Today I prepped five family dinners for us to have this week that we can keep in the freezer and then chuck into the air fryer when we need them.
I'm often asked what I cook in my air fryer so I hope this video gives you some ideas and inspiration. Subscribe if you're new for lots more content :-) x

RECIPES:
Airfryer Dump Bag - The air fryer settings are what I use, but all air fryers seem to vary.

Airfryer Sweet and Sour Chicken 
In the freezer bag:skinless chicken thighs (I used 10), 1tbs minced garlic, 1 chopped onion, 1 chopped green bell pepper, 1tsp ground ginger, 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar, 1 tbsp soy sauce
On the day: Thaw your meal Add to your air fryer basket in an even layer Air Fry at 195 degrees and cook for 20-25 minutes, stirring contents halfway through. While meal cooks, cook some rice. Make simple sweet and sour sauce by stirring together: Œ cup ketchup, 2 tbsp rice wine vinegar, 2 tbsp brown sugar, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tsp garlic powder, and salt/pepper.Add sauce to chicken, stir and serve on rice.

Air fryer Coriander Lime Chicken
In the freezer bag: Chicken Breasts halved (we used 4 large breasts) - bunch of chopped coriander - juice of 2 limes - 1 tbsp dried parsley - salt & pepperOn the day: - Thaw your meal enough to get it out of container and add to air fryer - air fry at 160 degrees for 20 minutes, flip throughout the cycle we serve with avocado mash on top(2 avocados, bunch of chopped coriander, salt, pepper, 1/4 tsp chilli flakes) and black beans on the side (warmed in a pan).

Airfryer Sausage & Cabbage
In the freezer bag:Turkey sausages (I used 16) chopped, white cabbage chopped, 1 tbs cider vinegar, salt, pepper, 1 tsp garlic granulesOn the day: - Thaw your meal enough to get it out of container and add to airfryer
- air fry at 195 degrees for 25 minutes - we serve with mash potatoes.

Airfryer Garlic Lemon Salmon with Asparagus
In the freezer bag: Frozen salmon fillets (I used 4), lemon juice, 1 tbs dried parsley, 1 tbs garlic, salt, pepper, a bunch of asparagus
On the day: Thaw your meal enough to get it out of container and add to airfryer  - If completely thawed, air fry at 190 degrees for 12-15 minutes - simply serve with rice.

Sweet & Smokey Air Fryer Ribs
In the freezer bag: - pork ribs seperated - 2 tbsp brown sugar - 2 tsp garlic granules - salt, pepper - 1 tbsp liquid smoke (I found it on amazon) - 1 tbsp worcestershire sauceOn the day: - Thaw your meal enough to get it out of container and add to airfryer - air fry at 170 degrees for 25 minutes, tossing throughout - we serve with air fried sweet potato fries (toss in oil and season before), salad, along with some bbq sauce for the ribs.

  • Emily!! You should try PORK ribs in the instant pot. Rub and do 25 minutes on high with 5 minutes natural release. They are fall off the bone every time. I finish them off by broiling in the oven with bbq sauce until they look just a little crispy - a few minutes. So good every time!

    Thanks for sharing the recipes. We like kielbasa and cabbage on the stove. I eat turkey, he likes beef. Very simple. (I know it's not an air fryer recipe.) I like premade pizza in the air fryer. I put the pepperoni on on one side and I have mushrooms, sausage pepper on the other side. I don't eat beef.
