When I was a CNA working in a nursing home or hospital and my boss called me into a meeting and asked me questions about my job or about the folks I have taken care of and I answered every question with an "I don't know", dodged yes or no questions, told/ known someone did something that doesn't follow protocols or laws and say I don't know why I didn't raise alarm or push blame on someone while having knowledge of their acts, I would be fired on the spot or possibly put in prison. Why do some of these folk know nothing, while pushing blame?
