Edit: For those wondering, traditionally, a "pseudo-legendary" Pokemon is usually rare to find in its native region, is a level-up, three-stage evolutionary line and has 600 BST. Typically, it is the 'strongest' 'regular' Pokemon in said region. Although it is a fan-made term, they do exist as they have been assigned to be counterparts across newer games.
