I know this video isn't going to be for everyone but here's some ASMR sounds of the ocean (tampabay)

Personally I get so caught up in the mental constructs, that I need reminders of what truly is and that is the present moment which provided from nature

I hope you all heal as much as nature is healing me, sometimes we have to be completely destroyed to rebuild ourselves back.
