I Bought Every FAKE Yeezy Slide I Could Find (They’re Everywhere)

For once I feel that the fakes represent true value.

As a sneaker head. I don’t like reps but as far as paying $200 for slides. I’d rather have the reps Edit: there’s a difference between buying rep sneakers and rep slides. Slides are just not worth $200 lmao

How each one (slides, Foamrunners, 350’s, 700’s etc) compares to your true to size and compared to Nike & Ultraboost sizing. Never sure if I should go half size or full size up! Heard FR’s are best TTS? Can get confusing so would love your take on it

Disclaimer, im playing devils advocate here and i dont own either a real or not real yeezy slide. The reason they are 10-15 quid is because the price of 'real' yeezy sliders are ridiculously inflated for what they are, as is with most 'limited' shoes. I wouldn't say any of the sliders you showed were fake either as they aren't branded with adidas, they are just using the same concept. Its like calling every pair of straight leg jeans that aren't Levi 501s, fake Levis. Na they are just jeans. Imitation would be a better term to use as fake implies that they are counterfeit goods and anyone buying from those sources is somewhat partaking in criminal activity. Just my 2 cents

There's a lot so say about fakes.. But can you fault people, the prices of the slides are around the 100 for every color, that's just a lot so I get that people buy fakes, they don't mind that the material is a bit (or a huge bit) off. And I see a lot of kids asking for fakes from there parents

Lool there is so many fakes because they're so easy to make. It's literally one piece of foam moulded. They probably cost like 12cent to make, Yeezy sells them for 50$ and resale for 100-200$... Probably the easiest fake to replicate ever!

If Kanye/Adidas have a problem with companies ripping them off, they should just produce more to meet demand. Right now, the only people these knock off producers are ripping off are the resellers. Most people buying knock off Yeezy Slides would rather be wearing the real thing but can't find them at retail and aren't willing to pay resale prices. Heck, even Adidas is being accused by Kanye of ripping him off with the Adilette. Talk about ironic.
