    It's funny this is not only the most violent Level up video but also their first Mario video, and to this day still the most popular video on the channel. Goes to show how timeless the comedy is.

    Besides the fact that it’s impossible for Level Up to make this type of content anymore, I just realized this is probably one of the few gore heavy Mario parody where Mario is actually the most reasonable character. He’s not an edgy brutal murderer or anything. He’s kinda just focused on winning the race and nothing else. Only attacking Peach after she abandoned him and had the gall to call for help again. Hell he even stops to comment on Luigi’s death.

    7 years on and this is still a short and sweet classic! I watched this when it came out when I was in year 2 and I watch it every month and now I'm 13. Its always had a great lasting impression on me.
