Pichi-Pichi is a gelatinous dessert made from grated cassava and sugar. After steaming, this is coated with grated coconut or cheese for additional flavor.

INGREDIENTS
1 kilo cassava (3 cups)
1 1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp salt
1 cup water
1 tsp lye water
1 tsp food coloring (optional)
