This absolutely makes sense. I think both candidates are failing in this aspect. Both seem to be men of the past, not the future. You need young people to see the future.

When you read too much you accumulate and once your accumulation peaks you stop having new ones. WHY because your memory cell becomes full. It needs to be cleaned up so store new things. It also depends on how open one is to new things. The more RULES one has to guide oneself, the less is the learning process.
