Spider-Man: No Way Home made so much money it's hard to even fathom. People got to see three beloved superhero characters on screen together and that was enough for most people. Not us. We saw the sins within.

Thursday: Animated movie from, I don't know, within the last 10 years at least.

Remember, no movie is without sin. Which movie's sins should we count next?

"Hey Dr.Strange, could you make everyone forget Mysterio's message?" "Sure" THE END
  • @vastotales4431
The real sin (missed opportunity) not having J. Jonah Jameson freaking out and not having a mental breakdown after seeing 3 Spider-Man in the same universe.
  • @JTGallant
An overlooked great Andrew moment: when Electro is telling him he thought he'd be black, Andrew has such a super genuine apology, "oh, man, I'm sorry..." like it's somehow his fault he's not black and that let Electro down is so wholesome and hilarious.

I feel like there should have been a sin for Strange getting mad at Peter even though it was HIS idea to make everyone forget Peter is Spider-Man
  • @deblag5992
I love that this movie confirms J. Jonah Jameson’s obsession with Spiderman is so strong and genuine, he’s the same exact person in every universe no matter what Spiderman does 😂
  • I would have give one sin off for the Green Goblin. He was the best character by far and Dafoe´s performance is amazing
  • @megafrost9960
All three Spider-Men swinging together and doing that gorgeous pose together should've removed like 10 sins. And their banter and convos were adorable and amazing
  • @moriakpotato
In the big fight, Sandman wanted the box to push the button. He didn't want to destroy it like Electro. Spider-Man didn't want to give the box to Sandman because he wanted to "cure" everyone first.
  • @Xavierpng
I love that a genuine sin is taken off just for Andrew Garfield being himself
  • I can answer the Venom question. At the end of Let There Be Carnage, Venom explains to Eddie that the symbiotes share a hive mind across the multiverse. When trying to show him this, the two are suddenly pulled into the MCU, where Venom recognises Spiderman on a TV. To me, that says he was able to access the memories of Topher Grace's Venom, and that's how he knew Peter Parker was Spiderman.

well peter's gf, aunt and best friend are an exception to the spell, thus pulling only villains with the spell (convenient but still plausible as by the movie standards)
  • Personally i really love the interaction between the 3 spiderman. I wish we had more. But it does show the that tobey maguire is the eldest spiderman because he was the one who snap tom holland back to his sense.
  • @widexawake_
Andrew Garfield catching MJ, and crying when she asks if he is okay was easily the best thing in this movie.
  • @personM4N
"So how does someone throw a brick this straight and accurately from the street?" Bullseye confirmed for Spider-Man 4: Brand New Home
  • @Taymoorismail
"Listen Sir, I'm gonna have you get all the way off my back about how the spell works"
  • my only question is: if they were pulling everyone that knew who was spider man, even the ones that died, why didn’t the producers add any love interest? cause honestly would be amazing and heartbreaking seeing Gwen there and Andrew just knowing what will happen to her
  • @Evobed562
Another sin missed is, in Spider-Man 2 (maguire) curt conners tells Peter “Octavius is a friend of mine”, when Pete meets Otto he even says “now I remember you’re conners student he tells me you’re brilliant he also tells me you’re lazy” this clearly indicated curt conners and Otto knew each other to a level. Otto in nwh doesn’t even react hearing curt conners name or the fact he turned himself into a lizard in an alternate universe
  • @SeantheSharkGuy
27:42 the reason this venom knows Peter Parker, as weak as it is, is because in the post credits for Venom 2 Venom made a remark about every symbiote in the multiverse, not just the universe, sharing a hive mind, meaning as long as one Venom knew Spider-Man, they technically all do
  • 12:02 I'm not sure about this, but my initial thought was that it was his spidey senses moving him. That's also why he says that being in his astral form felt amazing. He didn't have his heightened senses to make him extra wary and stressed. Still, Strange should've easily been able to use magic to take it from peter instead of just grabbing it like a toddler
  • My only problem with this movie was the memory spell at the end. MJ specifically has a discussion with Peter about not doing any big magic things without talking it out first. And then he takes all their memories of him without their consent. And then he promises to tell them all about it later and he doesn't even do that. It's supposed to come off as selfless but honestly it just made me kinda mad.
