This is the most uneven duet of all time
-
What a voice Luther Vandross had
-
both were good. However, there was no denying Luther's vocal abilities heightened the song. Nevertheless, Boy George held his own. A very memorable performance from both artists.

I saw that shit in real time and vividly remember the expression on Boy George's face; he knew what time it was. It was almost like John Coltrane playing and Stan Getz waiting and knowing.
-
I like when Boy did part time lover with Stevie Wonder too
-
loved them singing this together...I was glad george went on to remake and record this in his own version...it is a marvelous version..
-
exactly. why are they criticizing such power, finesse, beauty do they feel like there race is inferior?
-
The way they sing together that's magic i Love their performance
-
GREAT LUTHER AND BOY GEORGE WOW I AM IMPRESSED!
-
Oooh, and its Big Luther too...when the curl didn't quite...didn't quite, ya' know lol Luther Forever!!!
-
Not quite sure what to make of this. I had never seen it until today and I knew from first sight of them on stage that Luther was dominating the performance and his lack of eye contact with Boy George suggests he doesn’t particularly want to sing with him. As a result of sensing that or perhaps because Boy George felt his own insecurities he definitely plays second fiddle to Luther in the performance. I have to say that when Boy George finally does sing it is pleasantly surprising and if he was more confident in his delivery then he could have held his own more effectively however it appears as though he knew Luther was king of that stage and that song and he deferred to him and took a back seat.

Luther didn't show him up he just added a little spice at the end lol Boy George even smiled
-
Luther sounded like he was in studio.

OH MY GOD AGAIN! To see Boy George and Luther Vandross on stage together was amazing. However, Luther's style of singing is most definitely amazing and extremely soulful. Boy George presence and talent was certainly accepted, well received and appreciated. I personally, love them both. And, Rob Robert, what is this about Blacks hating Gays? It's obvious that you don't know much about Blacks & Mr. Vandross, DO YOU? smdh

Rest in Peace, Mr. Vandross -- you were briliant. & George, you are eternally fabulous.
-
That was actually incredible
-
A perfect voice: GEORGE, always my perfect guy

-
LOL Luther knew exactly how to rev up his audience. A true performer.
-
