In one of the previous videos, we made an electric multi-truck wheelbarrow and today we're going to show you how we built an electric snow plow for it.
   • Electric + Hydraulic = Ultimate Mini ...

The basis for this project is a water boiler heater which I found at the junkyard.
The sheet wall thickness is 2 mm, which is sufficient for so many reinforcements.
The 8 inch electric cylinder is the perfect size for this plow.

You got the snow dump too I see. Nicely done and just in time.👍

GREAT use of a discarded hot water tank. I love your ingenuity!

Very awesome! Genius use of an old water heater....got me thinking about trying something like this for my riding mower. Thanks for sharing!
  • How I wish we had one of these growing up, it surely would've saved a lot of backache and would've had more time for play!! AWESOME BUILD!! 👍👍

Jestem pod wrażeniem kusztu konstrukcyjnego. Jednak bym go zmodyfikował, lepiej jeździć niż chodzić 😁. 👍👏

Nice work. I would never need anything like this because it only snows here once every 20 years or so. If there is a dusting of snow on the roads, we shut down everything around here. Well, not the bars or churches but definitely the schools.

I worked with a couple guys from Poland and Russia when I was a draftsman at GM and I have to say that they were all the smartest guys there. Very nice design and build.
  • Best thing about it is that you won't wake up your neighbours while plowing snow in the morning! :-D Great addition to the e-wheelbarrow! :-D
  • I have an old hand tractor that I've been considering making a plow for: you have inspired me to do just that. Awesome video as usual Made in Poland

Poland has brilliant mechanics and some of the best pilots on the planet.
  • Excellent! However I do think that you need a tilting mechanism for the blade to change it's angle off attack to the ground. I discovered that when I made my own unit. Three adjustment profiles are needed. 1) Entire blade up and down 2) Blade side to side angle , and 3) Blade to ground angle. I also employ hydraulic pressure to keep the blade down so that it doesn't lift and bounce over ice, but cuts through them.

The best part is that if you need more traction you can add more batteries!

nicely done and nice use of an old electric wheelchair with the Tilt Chair function and a hot water heater . just an FYI you wanna put your plow blade down onto at ground (like right as you come out the garage ) so you can get more slow pushed away ( retired plow truck driver) and tilt your lights a lil up ya dont want them facing down raise like half an inch just a suggestion so you can get better plow coverage and better lighting .

Good job. Well done. I think the next level is to build a homemade mini excavator for garden jobs.

I’ve never heard a dog bark in Polish before. That was so cool. :)
