For the yellow build up on the tiles from calcium deposits - to make your life easier, I recommend some kind of acid based cleaner that can sit for a while on the surface and eat away at the calc, then wipe it off - perhaps something with citrix acid or vinegar in it. It would refresh the tiles fairly affordably. Not sure if you need it, but often with older bathrooms the silicone gets discoloured/mildew underneath - I recently removed the old silicone around my bathtub and put new in place - it takes quite a lot of elbow grease and it's a good idea to watch a few videos first on how to do it, but its also not an expensive upgrade and makes a BIG difference. :)

Hey Julia, you might want to look into the current science behind dietary cholesterol in eggs, because as far as I'm aware it doesn't impact blood levels of cholesterol as much as other foods high in saturated fatty acids.
