my 12 tips for beauty: 1) letting water be the very first thing that enters my body in the morning + liquid chorlophyll 2) for the tired girlies who are also fitness girls!! take supplements like magnesium (muscle relaxation/recovery), l-glutamine (bloating/muscle recovery), calcium (bone health), vitamin-d (bones/muscles.) 3) exfoliation + aloe vera straight from the plant 2 times a week is a GAME changer for clear skin/repair/scarring 4) prebiotic sodas to balance gut health (clears my brain up every time) poppi my fav 5) smiling more - even though i need braces (have a gap i dont care for) i learned that simply smiling, makes people approach you more or see you as more beautiful 6) press on nails have been my go to the past few years - HOWEVER, i do miss getting my style of custom designs but it has save me SO SO SO much $ 7) dead skin peeler in shower 1x/week - keep those feet nice and cute mama! 8) shea + coco butter right after the shower while still damp + jojoba oil chef kiss 9) vag health when things arent so cute down there - quick little tampon dipped in organic witch hazel.. insert for a few hours over the course of 3 days, and boom reset. boric acid suppositories as a close 2nd option if you have moments of disruption. 10) JOY - theres nothing like exuding a strength, love and gentleness that comes with the Lord (for all my Jesus lovers) 11) prep + prime face but THEE best application. ya gonna look like a cute lul dewy hunny bun. 12) remove your jewelry to get in crevices (facial piercing) because so much gunk can get caught in there. I hope this helps. muah

Posture has always been a #1 for me. I am a former ballerina (I stopped around age 13) but I am also 5'11. There is nothing worse than a tall woman that slouches. Standing tall makes me appear modeslesque, elegant, and overall confient. I also just feel better when I stand up straight.

These are my personal tips 1. I buy the nail buffer from the cosmetic store and buff my nails every 3-4 weeks. These days I don’t feel like using acrylics, gel nails or nail polish. My nails look shiny and smooth when I’m done. That’s my tip for the ladies that don’t wear anything on their finger nails but want to give your fingers some attention. 2. Invisalign treatment changed my facial structure and smile. One of the best investments in myself. People notice something is different and compliment my smile. Whitening was the icing on the cake. I use 20% Opalescence whitening gel at night once a week to maintain the whitening. 3. Tretinoin and lactic acid peels have cleared up my skin. Consistency is key to see results. It took months but it worked. I have oily skin and it helped. Have at least one session with a dermatologist to understand your skin needs as we all have different skin types and issues. Hope this helps someone 😊
  • It would be distasteful for HER to say it, so I'ma say it for her! LADIES! WE👏🏾 HAVE👏🏾GOT👏🏾TO👏🏾GET👏🏾 BETTER AT HITTING THAT LIKE BUTTON!! A good content creator, is a good content creator. But I would be lying if I said I didn't love seeing women of color on my time line! I'm sitting here wondering why I've never seen her. Until I noticed that she has OVER 50K views but barely 4k likes! When I know way more people than that enjoyed this video. Because I surely did. It takes a lot of time and effort to make these videos that give us free entertainment. The least we can do is tap a button to show our appreciation!😊😊😊 Thank you in advance on her behalf.

    1. I took a blood test that measures my body’s inflammatory response to certain foods. This effects my skin and digestive health. It plays a role in how I feel on a daily basis. So far so good. 2. I work out consistently. Whether it’s just going for a walk to say I moved my body or it’s weight lifting or functional workouts, this changed my LIFE. 3. I take supplements every day—vitamin d, magnesium, calcium, fish oil, probiotic, multivitamin… this also changed my life. 4. teeth aligners 5. Tretinoin or glycolic/salicylic acid and a very gentle face cleanser… 6. HYDRATE
