Phil with those little stubby arms, was some kind of explosion on the kit. His voice is grand, personality is grand, but let me tell you: That damn drumming is the best I’ve ever heard. My daddy held Phil in such an esteem. His record store closed in the 70’s, but he damn well knew Phil was his man. The very best.

35 years this week, happy days did Leeds on the Sunday and then Wembley the following Saturday 4 July.saw them Manchester as a 13 year-old 73, last time Manchester 2021 61 year old and great memories of the band in between 😊👍

I was at this Concert n 1987 after I went to the U.K for my first trip abroad as a Kid of 19. I met a girl from Kent and we went together - I'd only known her for 4 days. She was gorgeous!. What an introduction to England from Australia! Domino Part1/2 still remains my favourite Genesis track of all time yet it was still new then! It was mind-blowing. Take me back to the 80's mate - 2021 is a drag.

Phil Collins, looks like an unassuming accountant you wouldn't notice in a crowd, yet proceeds to casually just blow way a packed out Wembley. A true legend.

genesis done a diffrent set on the 87 tour in america,old stuff suppers ready and more,shame he didnt do it in uk in 87,still brill though.long live genesis and god bless phil collins soso sorry for your illness mate❤🙏

I was there in 87 they were amazing absolutely musically faultless I feel so lucky to be there this was the best concert I have ever seen Genesis filled Wembley 4 nights in a row all sold out, that in itself was a record don't think it was ever beaten it took 4 hours to get out of Wembley at the end, god I am old...

This is about as good as it gets in terms of iconic live shows. What an event this was. Breath-taking.

Essa banda que representa muito pra mim, e é como abrir um álbum de fotos de tempos maravilhosos e que na época eu sabia que era, não que hj não seja mas que são outros tempos, Phil coliins e banda não tocam mais, mas que inevetavelmente não sairá da memória de muitos aqui, um som que transporta pra muitos lugares e feito com muita dedicação e amor pelos seus integrantes, parabéns por ter feito parte da minha vida e de milhões pelo mundo todo👏👏👏👏👏
