Colleen, you should totally make some steeping stones and use some of your rocks to make a design in them so the kids can use the stones as an entrance path to their house! How cool would that be. I still have a flower stepping stone my daughter made when she was 3 and now she is 28.

The "sparkles" that you see in rocks are usually muscovite or biotite. They are types of mica. They come in sheets so that's why they look like sparkles. They're my favorite minerals!!

Tortilla talk question: I was looking at your ring while you were doing Colleen’s crystals and I thought, how fun would it be for you and Eric to find a special rock and turn it into a ring. Like have your ring be a stone and his be a band of a special rock you found together and polished yourself. This also came to mind after you made your bracelet. That feeling you get when your kid hugs you never goes away. Mine is almost 22 now and when they come in and say Mama and give me a big hug is still Heavenly. It means even more now. Can't wait for Grandbabies though.😂😂😂
