My ADHD is the EXACT same! I need to say everything out loud to get it out of my head, so I am constantly thinking out loud and talking to myself. Whenever I am talking to people I start making up words because my mouth goes faster than my brain and I can't remember the right conjugation for a word so I just say whatever form of the word comes to mind. After I see a lot of people like at a party or gathering, I will spend hours that night just going over every single interaction that I had and usually cringing at something I said. I can stare someone dead in the eyes when they are speaking, but the second that I start speaking I cannot make eye contact to save my life.

Turning the conversation to your own experience (as a way to relate) is actually a trait of low self-esteem. I used to do this. Instead, when someone is telling you a story that makes you think of your own story and you want to relate, ask them QUESTIONS about the story they just told. Relating to someone through being interested in what they're saying is one amazing way to get yourself out of that loop.

Watching Colleen get the Oreo from her head to her mouth was possibly the funniest / best moment I’ve seen.

First JoJo's music video release party then Rachel's birthday party. Seen Colleen go out on the town is so warming to my heart. I feel like it's pretty telling about her mental state. I'm so proud of her for getting out of the house. I adore this woman. Sending love from Los Angeles💛💜

Seriously having a baby is crazy! I was always tiny and healthy but never weighed over 100 pounds. I gained 60 pounds haven’t lost it and now I’m on multiple blood pressure meds and am pre diabetic. I’m constantly sick from all my meds, but I’d do it a thousand times over to have my daughter after two miscarriages prior to her. She’s everything I’ve ever wanted❤ I had to be induced early due to dangerous high blood pressure while I was pregnant, she was in the nicu for 6 weeks and it was horrible. Your videos of the twins being in the nicu helped me be prepared for the emotional journey, thank you! I’m so glad you are back making videos. You are the person I watch for comfort when I’m anxious.

Only a heavenly cookie would make Colleen swear multiple times😂❤️

Stop stressing!! You are the person that saves me at a party. I can never fit in because of not being able to think of what to say. You walk in fill the air and give me unlimited topics to talk about. I would love you at any party.

Colleen you need to open the lemon shaped geode tomorrow! The kids were picking lemons. It’s a sign. Lol. Loved the clips at Rachel’s birthday. And if it makes you feel any better, when you tell stories that relate to me I do feel seen.

The end with the cookie. Yum. Make that a insta reel or a short! recreate recipes! 🎉

Colleen, this whole ADHD waterfall talk made me relate SO SO hardcore, you dont even know. I do most of these things exactly the same and I also always feel like i always need to say everything, every little thought in order to be processed has to come out the mouth. It can be very frustrating sometimes. I really loved hearing you express all of that. Lots of love from germany
  • I am EXACTLY the same way Colleen!! My daughters say that I'm too self centered and that I need help. When really I just want to be heard and I share for the purpose of relating to others. So helpful to hear you basically describe me! ❤

I have ADHD and autism and I feel like when I am with other people and really having to pay attention to whats going on, I am in a constant state of confusion. This is party why school was so traumatic for me; It wrecked my self-esteem to feel like I was the only person in the room who did not understand what was going on, or who needed clarification on instructions. I feel for you 100%💜💜
  • One of the weird things that changed for me after having kids is my equilibrium is off. I used to love roller coasters and rides, now I can barely swing without getting dizzy.
  • @Sparky-136
The intro to this video, not the opening montage, but the actual intro when you talk about the party and your outfit and your relationship with sports, was one of the funniest and best intros you've had. You make me laugh so hard Colleen!!!
  • You must have fallen in love all over again with Eric when he won that game!!!
