I’ve watched that video like at least six times all the way through- it’s great background noise for when I’m shiny hunting or drawing lol. The dedication is insane- inspiring to me who wants to have a full shiny living dex in home someday

Whats even crazier about Johns video is he was doing that based on old knowledge of how shinies worked in lets go. It was learned a bit ago that shiny chaining in lets go only applies the shiny odds to the next spawn of the pokemon, meaning the optimal way is to keep catching that pokemon. So he really was just shiny hunting at full odds (maybe half odds if he used a lure) that whole video
