I was tipped off by a planty friend on Facebook that this was available in my area, put an offer in and headed out to collect it this morning. I’m delighted with it and it’s in the glasshouse now.

Hi, beautiful Schlumbergera you acquired. However, because of the pointed leaves it’s not a Christmas cactus, it’s a Thanksgiving cactus. The true Christmas cactus doesn’t have points on its leaves and flowers later than the Thanksgiving cactus. The flowers are differently shaped as well.
