ā€¢ Granulated sugar 226 g | 8 oz
ā€¢ Water 75 g | 2.6 oz
* Heat to 118 - 119 C | 244 - 246F
ā€¢ Egg white 113 g | 4 oz
ā€¢ Unsalted butter (Soft) 453 g | 16 oz (4 US sticks)

    My Nan showed me this very important tip when youā€™re whipping egg whites and the tip is when youā€™re washing up the beater and bowl she said to me 8 years old to double wash each item so wash the bowl once rinse and repeat and the exact same way for the beater and always wash them before washing everything else you have used and then the next time you want to whip up egg whites you know without a shadow of doubt youā€™re bowl and beater are squeaky clean so Iā€™ve been following this advice from my Nan for a lifetime , and when Iā€™m setting up to whip egg whites I still hear her saying have you double washed everything and I always have a few tears as my Nan is not here anymore only in my heart ā¤ļø I hope you to find this tip helps you next time youā€™re whipping egg whites ā¤ā¤ā¤ā¤ā¤

    Aya this buttercream recipe is amazing!!! I love the texture and flavor of it. I am a butter cream fanatic and I dislike supersweet buttercreams which is what I've always been using. This recipe though was the opposite. Not too sweet not too bland. For me and my family it falls right in the middle which is perfect and the creaminess of it. Chefs kiss. I am definitely gonna be using this recipe from now on. You rock!!!
