This car is literally a videogame in real life that also happens to be a car.

This is the first electric vehicle I've desired
  • Just over a month into owning the Ioniq 5N, and I couldn't be happier. It's the perfect blend of practicality and excitement, a rare find in today's cars. For me, it's the ultimate midlife crisis cure - assuming you've got the charging infrastructure to support it. In N we trust.

Got to test drive one of these while picking up my Elantra N. It's a blast. My sales rep and I were both giggling like children. It's literally a giant toy. I haven't made the leap to a full EV car yet, but this car really made me want to.

Ioniq 5N Nurburgring fastest lap is 7:45:49, after two lap full pushing both motor and battery does not over heat and at the end of lap 2 it can still produce 80% of its original power this is insane for an EV

Have owned an Ioniq 5N with Ecotronic Gray for a month now. I still smile every time I drive it! In previous cars, I haven't gone out for a drive just to do it, but this one gives pure joy. Well done Hyundai.
  • It’s nice to see how Hyundai has taken the time to develop the details of enthusiast personality in an EV platform. These will sell because it takes the dynamic feedback of an “ICE” vehicle and put it in the package of an EV. Bravo Hyundai and other manufacturers better take note!!!
  • @GRfourfun
This is a brave attempt by Hyundai to give us an exciting EV and I think they’ve done it. Recently watched one being hustled around the Nurburgring and it was incredible and very capable even on road tyres.

Holy sh-- 600+HP in that? Thats kick-ass cool
  • Albert Biermann from BMW M joined And created the N division.. what a success.. Porche and BMW need this to not lose their buyers.. this is just the beginning imagine what the sound (engine recreations V8/V10 F1 etc). Would make such a fun car and maybe a sportier design.. Great

I got mine back in April. What an amazing car.

“Whoever programmed this should be car person of the year!” I agree! I love mine! It’s amazing. Great review!
  • I believe that one of the reasons why this car is so good is that the head of Hyundai’s N division was recruited from BMW M division. It’s good to have someone serious at the top of the division. What Hyundai has done is not rocket science but an understanding and attention to and commitment to detail.

Hyundai outdid themselves with this one. This and the Porsche Taycan Sport Turismo are the only two EV’s I would ever think about owning. Great job Hyundai!!👌🏽🔥🔥

that super sonic sound boom is insane lol
  • @mapletree4283
This is a kind of car only Hyundai can make. A legacy manufacturer that understands what ICE cars are all about with the possession of the state of the art EV technology. Something that no other EV makers like Tesla can.

I can't believe I already saw one of these in person. It really is the perfect all rounder... except the range. But this has so much horsepower that it's a sports car and range doesn't matter
