600ml water (room temperature)
1kg 5 Stagioni Napoletana Pizza Flour, Tipo 00 (RED)
30g salt
1-2g fresh yeast (or half teaspoon of dry yeast)

    I LOVE that he used the Mozzarella as garnish at the end . Perfectly done! The mozzarella gets perfectly warm to eat fresh on the cooked pizza without being soupy as do not need to cook the mozzarella when it is fresh like Bufala he used and was done perfectly just like the Master Champion he is !
