Experience report on using Kanban within the Scrum framework by Louis-Philippe

The Kanban Guide for Scrum teams and the course Professional Scrum with Kanban (PSK) were released in early 2018 by Scrum.org. This guidance, as well as a vast amount of material on Scrum.org, has helped the speaker improve the efficiency of his Scrum teams in many ways.

During this talk, the speaker will report on how his use of Kanban metrics and practices impacted the Scrum events in his teams. He will explain what he used to do with traditional Agile practices before they were substituted by Kanban metrics. He will explain why he used new practices and its advantages to the Scrum team and organisation as a whole.

Biography
Louis-Philippe has almost 20 years of experience as an IT professional. He has carried out almost all of his projects with agility. Today, he supports teams and organizations that want to implement organizational agility. Trainer with Scrum.org for 10 years, he teaches Scrum and Kanban approaches to IT professionals where he is recognized by the creators of each approach. He is an active blogger on Scrum.org where he writes about Kanban metrics.
