Imagine what it would be like if it was properly insulated. I'm an industrial insulator with 20+ years experience in power plant work. Keep up the great work!

Skookum choocher. You should put a plate of top to force the heat to go through the gaps between the pipes. I work for a company that produces extremely efficient condensing boilers. A casing around the whole thing also wouldn't hurt

This reminds me of the Doble boiler design. Great video

DM me I'm an engineer and I see a few ways you can make BIG improvements in efficiency. I do NOT know what your end goal usage is but this should be putting out superheated steam and not clouds of water vapor with a burner like that.
  • Excelente. Es recomendable aislar la zona lateral con lana de roca para minimizar las pérdidas de calor a los alrededores.

Hello friend, very good work, I'll give you an idea of mine... put the coil in a metal container that serves as a crucible, then melt lead and pour it with the coil, and when you want steam... keep the lead molten with the coil inside....the results are incredible, if you get to do it and upload a video please let me know. Greetings from Spain
  • As a engineer u caught my attention. I like this test performance..It's an ideal for more possibilities that can improve on your device . My thoughts are if u add another coil coming out of the discharge end and heat it up ,, u may as a results ,,a mini high pressure system ,,add a small turbine generator. Any way good luck and good job.

This video answers so many questions that I wasn't sure how to ask. One question, is a pump necessary for the water? Or could the water be fed by say, an elevated tank?

Superheated steam is invisible. Impressive overall.

Good job bro !!! It could be used to desalinate water and solve the drinking water problems all around the world !!! The big problem would be how to clean the tube after salt solidification inside of it !!! But it´s just a matter of giving it a little of thinking !!! Thank you so much for this wonderfull idea !!! God blesses you !!!
  • Imagine this in -40°!!! You could make a cloud generator! It can already put out enough steam to make fog at 80 Fahrenheit (whatever that is in Celsius idk, can't remember) -20°C would be epic too, being Canadian, it gets really cold and this would be awesome lol

Would like to see you team up with someone working on a Tesla turbine generator. Maybe even power it with wood gas to make an off grid power generator.
  • @FixItYerself
you could open a drive through steam clean with that
  • You need to insulate the coil with Ceramic Wool (it good up to 1400 Degrees) and put a metal liner around the tubing. The temperature will increase and You can cut down on your fuel. If you plan to use it as a Hot Water Boiler it will be Great. It would be best if it is a Closed Loop Boiler. Your Water Chemistry is Very important. The Water Chemistry will Stop contaminants and the rotting of your tubing and the Closed Loop means once the Chemistry is right you won't have to keep adding chemicals. The Ceramic Wool is best for insulating the tubing. You can add Heat Exchanger to the loop to heat different Rooms.

You really think you where boiling the same amount of water that the water line pressure will run through it?🤔 oh you got a pump, is that just to overcome the building of steam pressure in the coil.
  • @TheBrokenEagle
that works really well, similar design to a clayton steam generator
