焼きたてが味わえる!熱々の無添加巨大カステラができるまで密着! 焼きたてカステラの店 茶和-sawa- ASMR Adhere until a huge castella is made! 職人技

Freshly made castella has a strong egg flavor and is fluffy and has a slight sweetness. When this is left to rest for a day, the flavor of the egg becomes weaker, the texture becomes moist, and the sweetness becomes stronger.
Both are delicious, but by all means, please try the freshly made castella baked at 9:30 in the morning at Futamatagawa's Chawa!

Wow this looks delicious! I love their commitment to staying additive free. Also I think it’s cool to see how different your egg yolks look compared to mine in the US makes me wonder what they put in ours 🥲😂😂
  • Just love the blackscreen effect that youtube puts in there, so western! So exotic!

I have a question for Japan or Japanese citizens. What do you do with food considered “scraps” or about to “expire” Do you throw it away or donate it to food pantries? (In America most grocery stores donate their “about to expire” but fairly eatable food to food pantries, which feeds the homeless) We have so much food waste here regardless.

If you need help translating or with titles, I’d be more than happy to help. The title for this video was confusing. Nonetheless the content is great! Ty for sharing such joy

Quick curiosity: “Castella/Castiglia” is the ancient name of Spain area “Pan Di Spagna” (literally Bread of Spain) is the real name of this cake, originated in Italy Ciao! 👋

  • The cake looks really delicious! I would like to ask a question, is it common to use newspapers inside the pan to bake the cake? In my country, newspapers are printed with inks that can contain heavy metals and other chemical components that can be harmful to your health, so it is not allowed to use them in anything related to food, even if it is just for wrapping.
