She needs to be charged for filing a false police report. He was never hostile .

Her entire demeanor, including her smug attitude, tells you quite clearly she was enjoying harassing him and that was her only purpose.

The irony is they probably had enough undercover loss prevention employees following him around yet when you go to check out they only have 2 registers open

Racism isn’t getting worse, it’s getting more recorded!

You can tell from the lady’s smug and entitled attitude she was definitely harassing him. People like this needs to be exposed.

sad, a good example of a good man being harassed for no reason, I feel for you, stand strong, don't give up your ideals and values because of an ignorant jerk
  • I’m proud of you my brother!!! For standing for yourself and your family.

"Hostile and threatening" she knew exactly what she was doing. This is textbook racial profiling

Thank you for bringing this issue up sir. People need to know about these practices, even now in 2022.

She was happy in her attempt to make this man feel small. Bouncing balls, throwing peace signs. She was gleeful. Yet, when it became clear, he was going to maintain his dignity and call out her blatant racism, her fun filled romp ended. Then she calls him "hostile and a threatening". I can only hope that was her last day of fun, cause you can definitely tell it wasn't her first.
  • This man looks so hurt. And the family is numb. I hope this incident doesn’t die down and Walmart holds people accountable.

That man is just the sweetest, nicest person. His family doesn’t deserve this at all. Makes me so mad 😡

This lady should definitely be cited for harassment and he should be able to sue her for false police reporting. As you grow older and hopefully gain wisdom you realize people like her are suffering and living unhappy lives which is a form of justice in itself, but they still need to pay a price when they inflict harassment etc on others.
