Giving a criminal info from the county prosecutor's office shouldn't be a misdemeanor.
-
Why is it easier to fire this guy than a dirty cop? It takes years to get rid of a dirty cop while we pay him not to work and fund his pension
-
Seems like “violation of trust” by a public official or any officer of the law should automatically make a misdemeanor offense a felony.
-
You KNOW it's bad when they arrest one of their own.....
-
These clowns are not qualified to enforce any laws.
-
We need to see reports like this daily. We also need to see follow through with harsh consequences.
-
He stepped on someones toes and they went fishing for any reason to get rid of him.
-
A crooked Erie County district attorney? Tell me it ain’t true? Shocker😂 how many lives has he ruined, how many families has he separated, how many people lost everything ?
-
I wish they would work that fast when it's a corrupt cop Helping cops.
-
Good for them. Glad to see there is accountability. That needs to take place here in Southern NH.
-
Bit of the pot calling the kettle black by the police - they do official misconduct all the time but they get a free pass. I’m not saying the person isn’t guilty but you NEVER see them move this quickly when it is one of their own.
-
He better be terminated from his job. PERIOD
-
prb was investigating the cops

As a criminal I support Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion hiring in the county prosecutor's office. He failed the bar exam twice and was let go from the office. He was then re-hired once he finally passed the bar.
-
Oh please, wTF is the law anymore? Pretty selective about who is held accountable.
-
I bet sharing information showed police corruption rather than hindering any investigation. Charge him with corruption after he exposed corruption? I could be wrong
-
Sounds like he fits right into the New York judicial system. He could now go work for Brag or L. James now.
-
Notice they don't show a picture of this fine young scholar.
-
Hmm... Anyone else see a strange pattern of corruption going on lately?
-
A misdemeanor? Seriously? All this expense and manpower for a MISTEMEANOR???
