Easy Healthy Spinach Egg Casserole (Luscious & Keto friendly!)

This is one of my favorite "make ahead" breakfast that I make on weekends. Tasty, luscious, and it's easy to add in your favorite ingredients to make it your own version.

The ingredients I used in this recipe are:

10 eggs
1 chopped bell pepper
1/2 chopped onion
1 bag of spinach washed and chopped
3/4 cup of shredded cheese
2 tbsp of oil
Salt and pepper

I made this couple days ago and it turned out really good. I added crispy bacons, Italian sausages, diced jalapeños, and instead of bell peppers I diced up cheery tomatoes. Thank you. 🙏

This is really nice. I make something similar, except I add, a little garlic, turmeric, diced red chilli and mushroom.
