  • True story, went to Doctor at 72 years old with high blood pressure. She put me on amlopidine, took it for 3 months or so and blood pressure went down. About that time I noticed my gums started bleeding. Went to periodontist and had 4000 dollars worth of Lazar surgery. Was told it was caused by the amlopidine. Went back to my doctor and was told she never heard of that. She then changed me to a different drug. This drug caused me to have a cough all the time. Told her about this and she said that can happen. Asked how to get off all pills and the prescription leash. Was told no way it was caused by me getting older. So I thought then I better get younger again. Changed my diet to strict keto. 5 years later no pills, no more high blood pressure, no more stiff joints, no more edema. And best of all no more prescription leash. I guess I got younger after all.
  • 5 years ago my BP was 156/92; doctor prescribed lisinopril. BP lowered to 142/80 after a few months and stayed there. 2 years ago I began keto. BP came down. I stopped lisonopril. For the last year my BP is consistently 118/65. NO MEDS OR SUPPLEMENTS. Supplements try to fix the damage you do from eating high starches & processed food. Fix the food and your body recovers.

  • Twenty years ago, just 2 weeks prior to a home medical exam, for life insurance, I had BP of 145/105. At the medical exam, my BP was 120/80. I did it by consuming 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil every night before bed, with a minced clove of garlic and some spices to make it palatable. You can maintain it by doing cardio exercise, like 20-30 minutes/day.
