  • Every member of the Church should watch this segment and know that the same experiential reality of a redemption in Christ can be had by all through the faithful execution of the Doctrine of Christ (Faith, Broken-hearted repentance, crying out to God with a willingness to sacrifice our all to Him, withholding nothing). Thank you for sharing your story, Edwin. --Steven Anthony Bishop "Putting On Christ"

I saw one of your videos and was really impressed and subscribed. On your home page I clicked on watch all uploaded videos. They seemed to be randomized. I enjoyed every one of them. This is the last one on that list. Really wanting more. I was born again in my late 29s from being dragged to the bottom on drugs and alcohol. After my wife got to reading the last book, Moroni I realized the Lord had just handed me the ball. Prayer. That very day I was lifted up and transformed. I went from meth to family and children. Happiness and Joy. Now I've got 9 great-grand children. I have everything . The fire, the hammer, the anvil and happiness.

Wow, Edwin. That was powerful. That took a lot of guts to put yourself out there like that for everyone. I'm so glad and thankful that Jesus had his arm raised and bare before you. That when you went to the depths of humility and was ready. , He was there waiting. Ready to bear you up through his loving grace. He was always there and is for all of us if we will humble ourselves and ask. Thank you for sharing, Brother.

Ed, Thank you so much for sharing these details about your magnificent conversion! You have demonstrated that God can change us to become an entirely NEW person, a person dedicated to following and loving our Savior, Jesus Christ! Your conversion and your magnificent work on proofs of the Book of Mormon are so wonderful!! Thank you for all of your efforts to lift others, as Christ would do!

God is good and we are blessed! Something I say to myself often. I appreciate that you were willing to be vulnerable for a moment and share your experience in learning how to recognize and feel God's love for you. I believe that God loves us enough to continually provide us with opportunities to change, even be "Born Again". We are meant to be happy in life and experience the joy that comes from following the teachings of our Savior, Jesus Christ. You’re a good man and I truly value your friendship.

I'm 73 Years old. Have been in the Church 46 years and have been married to my wife for 46 years. We have lived the exact same life but with a different mother and father. I lived for about 27 years in the same store, lost and aloud in a city of thousands until I heard about the Church from my girlfriend at the time who is now my wife.

I love this man! He has made a difference in my life as a mentor and friend. I worked closely with him for years never knowing the full story of what made him so different. This conversion story helped me put the pieces together. Edwin is full of love for people and if you let him in your life will be blessed. Thanks for sharing my friend!
