    Thank you loads for this amazing video. 11:05 RAS has an intrinsic GTPase activity which converts GTP to GDP thus inactivating itself and preventing accumulation of active RAS in the normal state, and when the adaptor proteins interact with RAS, they promote GDP removal and GTP binding thus activating it.
