Its shame that the Indian nationals/people do not respect and abide by the rules and the law of the land at all. It may take at least 10 generations to educate people to change the attitudes and way of living in healthy environments.

It's not just Chandni Chowk, It's everywhere in Delhi. People keep spitting, urinating, cleaning their noses etc on the road. You need to keep looking down while walking on the road to avoid stepping on the spit. It's going to get worse with increase in population and corruption.
