I really don't mind the bloom on the AR's because they tend to have low recoil. Your advice about not aiming for the head, was good advice. I never considered that if you have bloom, the opponent's head only takes up a small portion of the expanding reticle. I'll be aiming more for center mass from now on.

I love the awkward moment of being in a close range AR fight where both of you are crouch spamming and full autoing, and neither of you do any damage.

Yeah, crouch spamming resets first shot accuracy. Swimming will also reset it too. That is what made the combat SMG so dangerous it was one of the few smg's with FSA.

Only reason I dislike the new game-mode is because all mobility items have a certain amount of uses. When I don't have mobility I feel so slow and useless it makes it unbearable running across the map on foot

pretty sure what goes on when you crouch spam with bloom weapons is it's resetting your bloom / first shot accuracy.

My friend just said the normal AR was better than the hammer, so I dropped a 20 bomb by myself using mainly the hammer

Bloom does add randomness. Just because it still has skill in using it doesn’t mean it takes away skill that could be there. Skill is all about prediction and if you add dice roll to anything it takes away skill
